Claiming
In the unlikely event that your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please email us at warranty@avro.health and let us know what we can do to help. It may save you time to carefully look through the user manual associated with the device in question, which will contain a troubleshooting guide, before making a claim. All AILE products come with a user guide inside the box.
Please have a copy of your purchase receipt ready for verification.
Warranty Information Tips
Model Number: You can find this on the product packaging or the product itself. For example, Avro A66 or Avro X5.
Serial Number: The SN can be found on the main body of the product or on the original box packaging.
Note: Before AILE can release a replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
Which models are covered? A2, A66, A608, R9, R10, X5.
Which locations are covered? The above products are all covered by Avro's 5-year warranty, provided they have been purchased directly from Avro Ltd or through one of our approved retail or online partners, in the UK, the EU, or the EEA.
A separate warranty for other regions can be requested by emailing info@avro.health
Please note: our warranty does not cover sales through Amazon's online platform, eg: amazon.co.uk, amazon.se, amazon.de etc. The warranty on products from Amazon is between the vendor selling our products on the site and the end user (purchaser) directly, or between the purchaser and Amazon, depending on the terms of your purchase. Avro Ltd does, at present, not sell on the Amazon platform.
What is covered?
Operational failure of any of the warranted products under usual and expected operating conditions is covered, including (but not limited to): complete or intermittent operational failure, product inaccuracy/ working in an unexpected way, component failure.
Usual and expected operating conditions implies between -10 and +50 degrees Celcius ambient temperature, in a stable environment and with the products being handled carefully/ not carelessly.
How to claim and how are claims dealt with?
Should your product fail, please first email warranty@avro.health stating your model type, serial number, purchase date, location of purchase and a short description of your issue. Please also leave your name and telephone number. We will then revert via email or telephone - usually within 48h - to establish next steps and to ask for your proof of purchase and any photographic evidence if deemed necessary.
Provided your product has failed under ordinary conditions and has been purchased through an affiliated resale partner in region, we will ordinarily replace your product with a like-for-like unit.
How long does the warranty last?
From date of purchase (proof of purchase will be required) our warranty on the above-mentioned products is valid for an industry-leading five years.
For replacement items, the warranty will be valid up until the end of term for your original purchase.
Eg: let's say an A66 purchased on 01 Feb 2023 has a warranty valid until 31 Jan 2028. If this unit fails under normal operating conditions on 15 Sep 2026 and is replaced under warranty on 20 Sep 2026, the replacement unit will be covered under this warranty until the original cover expiry date of 31 Jan 2028.
What is not covered?
Usage outside of expected operating conditions, for example and not limited to: in extremely high or low temperature environments, careless usage, accidental damage such as dropping or exerting high pressure loads on casings, deliberate or unintended misuse, products that have been taken apart, mishandled or mistreated.
Any claims for products that have been purchased more than five years ago, or from unauthorised retailers or regions, or from Amazon, will not be covered and will be automatically rejected. For Amazon purchases, please contact Amazon or the supplying vendor on Amazon directly.
Applicable Law
As a business registered in England & Wales and based in England, Avro Health Ltd operates under English Law. All warranty claims will therefore be subject to English Law.
